After the second world war,the Third World countries which had been governed by imperialism became independent state one by one.A group of intellectuals from non-western countries come into the western academic field and applied diverse theories to advocate the native culture,awake national conscious,deconstrust colonialism culture and erect national confidence.Dissecting and remarking routine viewpoint about the cultural relation between west and non-west,they built up the national culture in communication.
