自体血治疗肺叶切除术后持续漏气的护理 被引量:3

摘要 胸外科手术操作中,肺受损部位的漏气常常源自外科解剖、切割、牵拉和缝合以及吻合器导致的创伤,而延迟为空气瘘口。7d以上持续性气体漏出可以导致并发症增加,住院时问延长和住院费用增加。一般通过保守治疗可以达到治愈的目的,但有时需要增加其他治疗方法而治愈,传统方法有胸腔内灌注50%葡萄糖、强力霉素、滑石粉以及生物蛋白胶等方法,
