The application of building energy audit in an operation center in Beijing is described.The energy saving potential of the operation center is analyzed,based on its historical energy consumption data.The energy-saving solutions are proposed from the perspective of improving the maintenance of structural performance,with the optimization of the system forms and improvement of indoor air quality,and so on.The energy-saving calculation method for each section is supplied,providing a powerful technical support for the application of performance contracting in this project.
