HRM与绩效关系研究:组织承诺中介作用及与绩效的层次效应分析 被引量:6

摘要 人力资源管理策略与绩效关系模式研究,已成为当前组织行为与人力资源管理研究领域的经典主题之一。本研究通过对民营企业279位员工的问卷调查,运用结构方程建模(SEM)以及多层次线性建模(HLM)技术,验证了组织承诺在人力资源策略与工作绩效关系间的中介作用,以及组织气氛对组织承诺与工作绩效关系的缓冲效应。该研究结果为进一步探究人力资源策略对绩效的多层次作用过程机制提供了有益的参考。
