高校教师组织承诺与工作绩效的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究采用问卷法对天津八所高校的204名教师进行实证调查,研究发现:教师的工作绩效和组织承诺水平是相关的;性别差异影响组织承诺水平;岗位差异、专业差异影响工作绩效水平;年龄差异、教龄差异对工作绩效、组织承诺水平有显著影响;教师的学历对工作绩效、组织承诺水平没有显著影响。
