摘要
介绍了国内外生态城市建设情况,介绍了沈阳生态市建设现状,从政府引导、环保机制完善、生态产业培植以及生态文化建设等方面提出对策。
According to the present condition of eco - city in Shenyang, the paper proposed the strategies from four aspects involving in government leading, mechanism improvement, eco- industry development and eco- culture construction in hopes of not only providing the suggestions on the sustainable development between regional economy and environment, but also offering references on establishing a harmonious Shenyang.
