To give the viewpoint on making the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of petroleum and chemical industry development. To point that resources, environment, technology and repeated construction are the focal points and in making the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of petroleum and chemical industry development. The relations between newly emerged industries development and upgrading traditional industries are need to be well controlled.
