摘要
商科高校教师智力资本价值评价对于实现教师按贡献取酬,激发其工作积极性具有重要意义。在构建商科高校教师智力资本价值评价指标体系的基础上,阐述商科高校教师智力资本价值评价过程,提出商科高校教师智力资本价值评价工作实施流程。
The evaluation of teachers' intellectual capital value is significant for the teachers to receive remuneration according to their eontribution and generate their enthusiasm for work in universities and colleges of commerce. The paper establishes the evaluation index system of teachers' intellectual capital value, expatiates on the evaluation process, and puts forward the evaluation procedure in universities and colleges of commerce.
