摘要
以SMT为背景,设计出了钢网夹持框,利用三维软件SolidWorks及有限元软件ANSYS对夹持框进行了三维建模,阐述了有限元求解过程,并对其中某零件进行了应力和变形分析,分析结果表明该零件满足了设计要求。
Based on SMT it designs the steel clamping frame,establishes its model of the working mechanism on Solidworks platform,simulates the stress and deformation of working equipments with finit element analysis of ANSYS.The result can be applied for the working mechanism design.
