摘要 为了快速、高效、低成本地开发出用户定制的个性化数控系统,将软组件技术和可配置设计的思想引入到开放式数控的开发中,提出了非实时任务组件和实时任务组件的配置方法,设计了用于构建开放式数控系统的基本功能组件库,建立了数控配置模型,并且对该模型进行实例验证。验证结果表明,基于软组件技术实现数控系统的可配置功能是可行的。 In order to develope CNC individuation system rapidly and efficiently with low cost for meeting users' requirement,it puts software component technology and configuration into NC system.According to the configuration method of non-real-time and real-time,it designs the basic function component libraries to establish the open architecture controller,builds NC configuration model and verifies the instance.The result indicates that the method implementing configurable of open CNC system based on software component technology is feasible.
