摘要 随着现代医院信息化程度的提高,各种业务系统中所产生的数据量越来越大。各种自然灾害或人为误操作,系统故障等意外情况造成的数据丢失和业务中断,都会给医院带来损害。医学影像存档和通信系统(Picture Archiving and Communication Systerms,PACS)作为一个庞杂且集成度高的系统,必须保持其稳定性和连续性。为此不仅要考虑系统数据的备份问题,还要考虑系统在发生故障时如何保证医院日常业务的连续性和数据存储的完整性。主要探讨了中山市人民医院在实施全院PACS系统升级时,在PACS系统数据远程备份和容灾方面应用的一些最新技术,同时剖析了容灾的发展趋势。 With the improvement of modern hospitals informationization, the amount of data which is generated by a variety of business systems has been growing. The working of modern hospitals cannot work without the technica support of these systems and data. Therefore, the data loss and the interrupt of business which caused by unexpected conditions such as natural disasters, wrong operation by human, or systems errors etc. will bring direct financial losses and reputation damage to the hospitals. As a complicated system with high integration, it is necessary for the maintainers of PACS to make the system run stability and continuity. As a result, we should not only think of the problems of backup of data, but also how to ensure the continuously working of daily business of hospital and the integrity of data storage The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the techniques of Remote Data Recovery and Disaster Backup in PACS in the process of hospital-wide PACS upgrade. At the same time, we detailed the development of Remote Data Recovery and Disaster Backup System .
