摘要
通过对陕西省公共卫生业务实际进行分析,提出了陕西省突发公共卫生事件应急指挥与决策系统的建设目标、设计原则和建设任务,结合国务院和卫生部应急办的指导思想,完成了陕西省突发公共卫生事件应急指挥与决策系统的平台设计,为全省的突发公共卫生事件应急指挥与决策系统全面建设奠定了基础。
Through analyzing the actual business of the public health in Shanxi province, this article puts forward the target, the design principle and constructive task of the emergency command and decision system construction about the public health emergencies happened in Shaanxi, combined with the guiding ideology of the State Council and the Emergency Office of Ministry of Health, the article and laid the foundation for the emergency command happened in Shanxi. lustrates the platform design of the system mentioned above and decision-making system of the public health emergencies
