摘要
目的探讨HO-1、γ-GCS在慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病机制中的作用及观察大蒜素的治疗干预作用。方法香烟熏吸加气管内滴入脂多糖制作COPD模型,将30只Wistar大鼠随机分成COPD组、对照组和大蒜素干预组,采用免疫组化法检测HO-1、γ-GCS在各组大鼠中的表达。结果各组之间HO-1、γ-GCS表达强度分别有显著差异(P<0.01),且呈正相关。结论γ-GCS反应性表达增高是COPD抗氧化主要机制之一;HO-1的表达影响γ-GCS的表达;大蒜素通过增加肺组织中HO-1、γ-GCS的表达而有一定的COPD治疗作用。
Objective To study the roles of HO-1 and γ-GCS in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to explore the intervention of the Allicin.Methods COPD rat models were established by smoking as well as intratracheal instillation lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups,COPD group,Allicin group,normal control group.The expressions of HO-1 and γ-GCS in the lung tissule were detected by immunhistochemistry.Results Among the groups,the expressions of HO-1,γ-GCS were significantly different(P0.01) and positively correlated.Conclusion γ-GCS expression increased reactivity is the main mechanism of antioxidant COPD;The expression of HO-1 affect expression of γ-GCS;Allicin may increase the expression of HO-1,γ-GCS in Allicin rat models,and may play an important role in the treatment of COPD.
