摘要
目的探讨E-cadherin与34ΒE12在乳腺浸润性癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学SP方法对手术标本86例乳腺浸润性导管癌及34例乳腺浸润性小叶癌中E-cadherin与34ΒE12基因蛋白进行检测。结果在乳腺浸润性导管癌中,E-cadherin与肿瘤组织学分级及淋巴结转移存在差异(P<0.05)。E-cadherin与34ΒE12在乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌中存在显著差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。E-cadherin与34ΒE12在乳腺浸润性小叶癌中呈负相关,有统计学意义。结论 E-cadherin的检测水平在一定程度上反映乳腺浸润性导管癌的侵袭力,为临床提示预后;联合检测E-cadherin与34ΒE12,有利于鉴别乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin and 34ΒE12 genes in the invasive breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of E-cadherin and 34BE12 genes in tissues from 86 cases of infiltrating duct carcinoma and 34 cases of infiltrating lobular carcinoma.Results Correlation was found in the infiltrating duct carcinoma within the expression of E-cadherin and the clinical characteristics of breast cancer i.e tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Significant deviation expression of E-cadherin and 34BE12 gene was found in the infiltrating duct carcinoma and the infiltrating lobular carcinoma(P0.05).Negative correlation was found in the infiltrating lobular carcinoma between the expression of E-cadherin and 34BE12 gene.Conclusion The expression of E-cadherin gene may reflect invasive power of the infiltrating duct carcinoma and prognosis for clinic.Association the expression of E-cadherin and 34BE12 can distinguish the infiltrating lobular carcinoma from the infiltrating duct carcinoma.
