Cys C在老年慢性肾功能不全发病率调查中的意义

Significance on Cys C and the incidence of chronic renal failure about elderly people

目的应用胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys C)的检测调查老年人群中慢性肾功能不全发病率。方法采用免疫浊度法测定Cys C,尿素、肌酐用酶法测定。检测7563例退伍职工CysC、尿素和肌酐浓度。结果 Cys C测定结果有688例(9.1%)异常增高,Cr测定结果有310例(4.1%)异常增高,二者比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 Cys C可以作为老年人群慢性肾病的筛查试验。

Objective To detect the incidence of chronic renal insufficiency with cysteine protease inhibitor C（Cys C） in elderly people.Methods Cys C was detected by immune turbidimetric assay,urea and creatinine were detected by enzymatic determination.The concentration of Cys C,urea and creatinine was detected in 7563 cases of retired employees.Results 688 patients（9.1%） increased abnormally in Cys C,310 patients（4.1%）increased abnormally in Cys C.There was significant difference between them（P0.01）.Conclusion Cys C can be used as a screening test for chronic kidney disease of the elderly people.
