摘要
目的观察花虫胶囊对高原人体的抗缺氧作用。方法将80名健康战士按体重随机分成花虫胶囊低剂量组、花虫胶囊高剂量组、阳性对照组及空白对照组4组,每组20人。分别于给药前、第15天服药后1小时,用血氧饱和仪测定血氧饱和度,同时抽血,用全自动生化仪测定血液中血红蛋白含量。结果 4组在给药前血氧饱和度、血液中血红蛋白含量均没有显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。给药15天后,花虫胶囊低剂量组、高剂量组均能升高血氧饱和度(P<0.005),降低血液中血红蛋白含量(P<0.001),两剂量组之间存在量效关系(P<0.005)。结论 花虫胶囊对高原人体具有抗缺氧作用。
Objective To observe the anti-hypoxic effect of Huachong capsule on people at high altitude.Methods 80 healthy soldiers were divided according to their weight into 4 groups: low dosage group,high dosage group,positive control group and vacant control group,20 soldiers in each;the blood oxygen saturation and hemoglobin content of the soldiers in the 4 groups were detected before taking Huachong capsules,1 hour after taking the capsules on the 15th day of drug administration.Result The blood oxygen saturation and hemoglobin content of the soldiers in the 4 groups before drug administration were of no significant difference while after the drug administration,the blood oxygen saturation increased(P0.005) and hemoglobin content decreased(P0.001) in the soldiers of low dosage group and high dosage group,and there existed a dose-effect relationship between the 2 groups(P0.005).Conclusions Huachong capsule is of anti-hypoxic effect on people at high altitude.
