针灸加超短波配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察

Curative Effect of Acupmoxi plus Ultra-short Wave in Combination with Functional Exercise on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的探索运用现代物理医学方法与传统针灸疗法结合功能锻炼对肩周炎的治疗作用。方法根据随机化原则,将80例病人分为治疗组与对照组(各40例),治疗组采用上海CDL-I型超短波治疗机加传统医学针灸方法,配合功能锻炼。对照组单纯用针灸方法配合功能锻炼,每日1次,10次为1个疗程。治疗两个疗程后进行疗效比较,疗程之间休息2天。结果 在治疗的两组患者中,其好转率无明显差异,但治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组,P<0.01。结论 物理与传统针灸综合疗法配合功能治疗肩周炎,疗效明显高于针灸治法配合功能锻炼治疗法,合理使用物理与传统医学针灸疗法,治愈率高,疗程短,值得推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of acupmoxi plus ultra-short wave in combination with functional exercise on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 80 cases with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group,40 cases in each;acupmoxi combined with functional exercise was given to patients in both group while ultra-short wave was added to patients in treatment group;all the patients received the treatment for 2 courses： once a day,10 days a course,with 2 days between the courses as an interval,then the curative effects of the 2 groups were compared.Result The improvement rates of the 2 groups were of no significant difference but the cure rate of treatment group was much higher than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusions The treatment of traditional acupmoxi plus physical therapy in combination with functional exercise for scapulohumeral periarthritis is of better curative effect than the treatment of acupmoxi in combination with functional exercise,it is of high cure rate,shorten course and worthy of wide application in clinic.
