摘要
采用光学显微镜对不同碱度司家营烧结矿进行了研究。结果表明:司家营烧结矿碱度从1.7增加到1.9时,烧结矿显微结构由斑状—粒状结构过渡到交织熔蚀结构,相应的烧结矿转鼓指数和还原性升高,低温还原粉化性能得到改善。司家营烧结矿碱度从1.9增加到2.1时,烧结矿显微结构由交织熔蚀结构向斑状结构过渡,相应的烧结矿转鼓指数和还原性降低,低温还原粉化性能恶化。司家营烧结矿碱度为1.9时,烧结矿的转鼓指数、还原性和低温还原粉化性能最好。
Sijiaying sinters made from different basicity were studied by optical microscopy. The results can be summarized as follows :When the basieity of Sijiaying sinter add from 1.7 to 1.9, the microstructure of the sinter turns from porphyritic and granular structure to interweaving corroded structure and sinter tumbler index, reducibility and RDI rate increases correspondingly; With the increase of the basicity of Sijiaying sinter from 1.9 to 2.1, the microstructure of the sinter turns from interweaving corroded structure to porphyritic structure, which results in an decrease of sinter tumbler index, reducibility and RDI rate. When the basicity of Sijiaying sinter is 1.9, the tumbler index、 reducibility and RDI rate of sinter are the best.
