表调/铬酸盐钝化复合膜腐蚀性能

摘要 通过实验研究了表调膜和涂敷型铬酸盐钝化膜的电化学特性及其耐蚀性,采用表面调整处理复合涂敷型铬酸盐钝化预处理技术有效地提高了彩涂板的耐蚀性,通过研究与分析,优选出表调(B3)/铬酸盐钝化(L3)复合膜(BL3),对提高彩涂板的耐蚀性效果明显。 The electrochemical characteristics, corrosion resistance of surface conditioning film, chromate passivating film and composite film were studied. Corrosion resistance of color coated sheet were enhanced by the surface conditioning and chromate passivating pretreatrnent techniques. According to experiments and results, the surface condition (B3) / chromate passivating (L3) composite film is optimized. It is effective on corrosion resistance of color coated sheet obviously.
