摘要
流体机械的设计方法和思想都来自于大量实验,通过这样的方法能够得到较好的风机基本技术参数,但对通风机内部流场的认识还有待于进一步的研究。随着流体力学理论,特别是计算流体力学(CFD)方法的发展,将传统设计模式中的复杂、耗时的部分,可以用先进的CFD技术代替,利用计算流体力学进行数值模拟已逐步成为了解流体机械内部流动状况的重要手段。通过这种"数字仿真"可以充分认识风机内流动规律,从而为改进设计提供了有效可靠的依据,大大减少了实验的工作量和费用。

As the fluid mechanics theory, in particular, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to the development of traditional design patterns in the complex, and time-consuming part of the advanced CFD techniques can be replaced by the numerical simulation using computational fluid dynamics has gradually become understanding fluid mechanical conditions within the flow of an important means. In this "digital simulation" can fully understand the flow pattern within the fan, so as to improve the design of effective and reliable basis, greatly reducing the workload and cost of the experiment.
