摘要
分析了OCT—MD技术工业应用中出现的辛烷值损失大的原因,研究了预分馏过程烯烃、硫化合物在轻重馏分的分布规律,提出了降低辛烷值损失的措施,确定了适宜的加氢反应温度为285~290℃,并根据工业装置运行数据对加氢催化剂的选择性进行了评价。
The causes of large octane loss in industrial application of OCT-MD technology are analyzed, the distribution of olefins and sulfur compounds in the light and heavy fractions in pre-fractionation process is studied, the measures to reduce the loss of octane number are proposed, the appropriate hydrogen reaction temperature of 285 -290℃ is determined, the hydrogenation catalyst's selectivity is evaluated based on the operational data of industrial equipment.
