摘要
文章结合我国的基本国情进行分析,认为党员干部只有正确认识人民群众的历史地位和作用,正确对待人民群众,维护好人民群众的利益,妥善处理好人民群众内部矛盾,才能更好地实现我国小康社会的发展目标。
Based on China＇s basic situation,the article holds that only when CPC cadres understand the historical position and role of mass people,can they treat them well,protect their benefits and correctly handle the contradictions among the people. Only in this way,the goal of building a well-off society in all-round way can be realized.
