二次剪脐法与传统剪脐法的疗效对照观察

Clinical efficacy observation of second cutting of umbilical cord and traditional cutting of umbilical cord

目的比较二次剪脐法与传统剪脐法在产科中预防新生儿脐部病变的疗效。方法将240例新生儿随机分为传统剪脐法组120例和二次剪脐法组120例,进行随机对照观察试验。结果二次剪脐法在降低新生儿脐炎、脐部出血率和缩短新生儿脐带干燥时间等方面,与传统剪脐法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论二次剪脐法在产科中使用安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the prevention of neonatal umbilical lesion between second cutting of umbilical cord and traditional cutting of umbilical cord.Methods 240 neonates were randomly divided into second cutting of umbilical cord group and traditional cutting of umbilical cord group.There were 120 neonates in each group.observation of randomized controlled trial.Results The second cutting of umbilical cord was better than in traditional group in reduce neonates umbilical inflammation and umbilical bleeding probability and reduce neonates umbilical drying time.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The second cutting of umbilical cord is safe and effective in obstetrics and is worth to be popularized.
