摘要
目的:探讨胸腺内注射异基因抗原对同种异体肢体移植存活的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠为供体,SD大鼠为受体。将SD大鼠随机分成4组,A组(自体肢体移植组)、B组(异体肢体移植组)、C组(异体肢体移植加用免疫抑制剂组)、D组(胸腺内注射组)。术后观察肢体的存活时间,术后7d进行组织学检查。结果:肢体存活时间C组和D组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组织学检查,D组优于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腺内注射异基因抗原可诱导对异体肢体移植的特异性免疫耐受。
Objective: To study the immune torlerance inductive effects by intrathymic injection of allogenic antigen in rat limb allotransplantation model. Methods: Wistar rats were used as donators and SD rats as recipients.SD rats were divided into four groups, group A (autogenic limb graft group), group B (allogeneic limb graft group), group C (allogeneic limb graft plus immune degressant group), group D (allogeneic limb graft plus intrathymical injection group). The survival time of limb grafts was observed after operation. The histological study was also followed after 7 days post operation. Results: The survival time of limb grafts showed that group D and group C were not statistically significant (P〉0.05), however, group D and group B were statistically significant (P〈0.01). Histological study showed that group D surpassed the effects of group B and group C. Conclusion: Intrathymic injection of allogenic antigen could induce immune torlerance effectively in rat limb allotransplantation model.
