摘要
提出一种基于连通域分析的字符分割方案,通过高低帽变换消除车牌上的小噪点及光照不均;然后运用Canny阈值法选取合适的二值化阈值;最后使用团块分析法分析被连通的车牌字符。通过3000多幅现场图片测试,新方法比传统的字符分割方法更准确。
Because of plate boundaries,rivets and uneven brightness of image,traditional template matching segmentation scheme for such license plate is difficult to accurately split.It is presented a connected component analysis based on the character segmentation scheme.First,the top-bottom transformation through the elimination of noise and uneven illumination,then using canny threshold method select the appropriate threshold for binarization,finally using blob analysis to analyze the license plate characters to be connected.Through 3000 pieces of testing,this method of character segmentation is more accurate and reliable than the traditional method.
