锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折28例 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨股骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法对2006年8月到2009年6月收治的28例患者均采用了股骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗,其中男22例,女6例;年龄24~61岁。按AO分类:A型关节外骨折7例,C型关节内骨折21例。结果 27例均获随访,随访时间8~24个月。根据美国特种外科医院(hospitalfor special surgery,HSS)的膝关节评分标准,优13例,良11例,可3例,优良率达86%。结论股骨远端锁定钢板内固定是治疗股骨远端骨折的一种有效的方法,具有固定可靠、愈合率高的特点,是目前治疗股骨远端骨折较好的一种方法。
