后危机时代加快提升中国—东盟自贸区问题研究

How to Promote CAFTA in the Post-crisis Era

在世界经济发展面对着很多不确定性因素的后危机时代,提升中国—东盟自贸区是助推中国和东盟国家经济快速发展,提高东亚地区整体竞争能力的关键。然而,自贸区成员国之间经济发展水平的相异性与相似性共存问题、彼此之间的不完全信任问题以及自贸区自身制度问题也使其实现良性运行和进一步发展面临着严峻的挑战。后危机时代,中国和东盟各国应不断增进交流,强化合作,共同解决发展中的瓶颈问题,努力实现双赢,积极稳妥地推动自贸区向成熟型自贸区迈进,加快推进东亚区域一体化。

In the Post-crisis Era which the world economic is facing many uncertainty factors, the key to make China and ASEAN countries economic develop fast and to enhance the competitiveness ability of the East Asia Area is to promote CAFTA. However, there are many problems among CAFTA members, such as the diversity and similarity coexistence of economic development among the members and the lack of trusts, and the CAFTA's own system is imperfect. All these problems would bring stern challenges for the CAFTA stable operation and further development. In the Post-crisis Era, the members should enhance exchange unceasingly, strengthen cooperation, and solve the development bottleneck problems together to accomplish diligently win-win, actively and reliably promote CAFTA to be a mature one and to accomplish the East-Asian economy integration early.
