经腹膜后腹腔镜技术结合工作台手术和自体肾移植术治疗双肾癌2例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨双侧肾癌的手术治疗方法。方法:采用同期经腹膜后腹腔镜技术结合工作台手术和自体肾移植术治疗双侧肾癌2例。结果:术后2例患者均恢复良好,无需血液透析。其中1例患者术后8个月死于肿瘤广泛转移。结论:对某些双侧肾癌患者采用腹腔镜、工作台手术和自体肾移植的组合手术方式是可行的。
