茶多酚具有抑菌、抗病毒、免疫调节、抗氧化等诸多功能,可在军用食品中开发保健食品、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、食用色素及稳定剂等,应用前景广阔。
Tea polyphenol has many functions such as bacteriostasic activity,anti-viral effect,immunoregulative effect and oxidation resistance.Its applications in military food were introduced,including health food,antioxidant,antiseptic,edible pigment and color stability.
