摘要
采用改进的Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定朝鲜蓟叶片中的多酚含量;以没食子酸为对照品,对方法的精密度、重现性、回收率等进行了试验;用此方法比较了不同品种朝鲜蓟中的多酚含量。
An improved Folin-Ciocalteu method was established to determin the content of polyphenols in artichoke leaf.Gallicacid as reference,the precision,repetition and recovery were investigated.Content of polyphenols in 3 kinds of artichoke leaf was compared.
