胆囊腹腔镜手术的围术期护理及观察

目的探讨胆囊腹腔镜手术的围术期护理方法和效果。方法118例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各59例，前者给予传统护理方法，后者在传统护理的基础上给予心理护理等。结果观察组焦虑缓解率（91．5％）和患者满意度（94．9％）明显高于对照组（72．9％，74．6％）（P〈0．05）。结论术前做好充分评估，术中密切配合，术后对病情严密观察，并加强术后并发症的观察和处理，对提高手术效果具有重要作用.

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing and observation of laparoseopie eholeeysteetomy. Methods 118 patients undergoing laparoseopie eholeeysteetomy were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group （n=59） and control group （n=59）, the traditional nursing given to the former, the latter on the basis of the traditional nursing given psyehologieal eare. Results Response rate of anxiety（91.5%） and satisfaetory degree （94.9%） in observation group（72.9%,74.6%） were signifieantly higher than those in the eontrol group （P〈0.05）.Condusion Make a full assessment of the preoperative, close coordination in operation, Close observatinn with postoperative patient, and to enhanee observation and treatment of postoperative complieations, to improve the effect of surgery has an important role. whieh raise an important role in surgery.
