两种不同剂型缩宫素用于预防剖宫产术后出血的临床观察

Two Different Formulations of Oxytocin for the Prevention of Hemorrhage in Csarean Section

目的探讨剖宫产术后应用缩宫素鼻喷雾剂及缩宫素用于预防和治疗剖宫产术后出血的疗效。方法选择60例足月子宫下段剖宫产孕妇，随机分为两组，组1（30例）于胎儿娩出后子宫肌注缩宫素10U，q6h；组2（30例）于术后用缩宫素鼻喷雾剂对产妇两侧鼻孔喷入2喷。每隔6h喷一次。观察两组术后2h及24h出血量和药物不良反应情况。结果两组术后出血量无显著性差异，两组给药后患者疼痛程度有显著性差异．不良反应发生率组1明显高于组2（P〈0．01）。结论剖宫产术后应用缩宫素鼻喷雾剂用于预防和治疗产后出血值得在临床推广使用。

Objective Cesarean section application of oxytoein and oxytoein nasal spray for the prevention and treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section. Conclusion Cesarean section oxytoein nasal spray for the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage should he in clinical use.
