中医结合交锁髓内针治疗骨伤疗效观察

Nail Treatment on Efficacy Observation of Chinese Medicine Combined with Interlocking Intramedullary

目的观察中医结合交锁髓内针治疗骨伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院对2007年1月～2010年9月间68例胫腓骨中下段骨折病人分组进行了临床观察研究．随机分为对照组和治疗组，观察治疗两组的治疗效果。结果施行胫骨交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉手术并结合中医药应用的病人．在术前肿胀消退时间、术后功能恢复时间、骨折愈合时间等方面具有明显优势。具有手术创伤小、对骨折愈合环境干扰小、固定牢固、不出现皮肤及皮下组织坏死、骨折愈合快、治愈率高、功能恢复程度好等优点。可明显缩短病人住院时间、最大限度降低了患者医疗费用。结论中医结合交锁髓内针治疗骨伤疗效显著，值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine combined with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment on clinical efficacy. Methods Our hospital from January 2007 to September 2010 among 68 patients with tibia and fibula fracture in patients under clinical observation group were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the therapeutic effect observed treatment groups. Results The effect of tihial interlocking intramedullary nails and closed nailing surgery of patients with applications in medicine, the swelling time before surgery, postoperative recovery time, healing time and so has obvious advantages. With surgical trauma, environmental disturbance on fracture healing, rigid fixation, there are no skin and subcutaneous tissue necrosis, fracture healing, high cure rate and good functional recovery. Can significantly＇reduce the patient length of stay, to minimize the cost of patient care. Conclusion TCM with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment on effect is significant and is worthy of reference.
