摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT成像技术对牙列缺失的颌骨评价及测量参教对牙种植的应用价值。方法对10例牙列缺损或缺失行种植义齿的患者行64层螺旋CT扫描,扫描层厚0.9mm,后重建0.45mm,将扫描数据传至工作站,对上、下颌骨行三维客积再现(VRT)、曲面重建(CPR)、多层面重组(MPR)等多种后重建技术,贮存图像并对图像进行分析、测量结果螺旋CT多种后重建技术能清楚显示骨质的细微变化、骨密度和有无病变及病变的范围,清晰分辨与精细测量缺牙医与邻牙、上颌窦底、鼻腭管、下齿槽神经菅及颏孔的距离.结论螺旋CT及多种后重组技术能对口腔种植术提供客观的评价及重要的指导价值。
Objective To discuss the appliacation value of MSCT in dental implant of the edentuloas jaw andestablish a quantitative and objective assessment of bone quality based on the Hounsfield scale.Materials and.Method 10 cases of the edentulous jaw of potential implant sites by 64- slices spiral CT (SCT)examinations were analvzed.Seanthickness0.9 mm,reconstruction 0.45 mm,the raw data was imported to the workstation. Themaxillary and mandibular of plan implant positions image were analyzed by Clr dental and VRT, MIP, MPR, CPR, CTVEsoftware of MSCT..Result MSCT muhiple reconstruction techniquesare able to clearly display the hairlike osseous variation,bone density and the pathological situations.The techniques canalso precise measurement the distance between the edentulous jaw zone to the adjacent teeth ,the bottom of the maxillasinus position, inferior alveolar neural tube,nasopalatine canal and the chinhole.the early loading of dental implants maybe pnssibleintheimplantsitcs.Conclusion MSCTand a variety of reeonstructionteehniques can provide the implant surgeon with an objective assessment and valuable guideline.
