胸锁乳突肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的临床研究

目的探讨胸锁乳突肌瓣用于修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的临床应用价值．探讨影响其修复效果的因素。方法对50例胸锁乳突肌瓣修复患者进行回顾性分析，观察修复的效果和影响因素。结果50例患者总体满意度好。1a、2a、5a生存率分别为96％、80％和70％。并发症少，随访5a后大部分患者的吞咽和发音功能基拳正常。结论胸锁乳突肌瓣用于修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的临床效果较好，建议临床推广。

Objective To investigate the sternocleidomastoid muscle flap for repair of oral and maxillofacial defects after cancer clinical value, of the factors affecting the fixed effects. Methods 50 patients with stemocleidomastoid muscle flap reconstruction were retrospectively analyzed to observe the restoration of the effectiveness and impact factors. Results 50 patients with good overall satisfaction. 1, 2, 5-year survival rates were 96%, 80% and 70%. Few complications, most patients were followed up for 5 years alter the swallowing and phonation were normal. Conclusion The sternocleidomastoid muscle flap for repair of oral and maxillofaeial defects after tumor better clinical results, the proposed clinic.
