高糖对小鼠足细胞增生影响

摘要 糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy,DN）是糖尿病（diabetic melli-tus,DM）常见而严重的慢性微血管并发症之一,目前在欧美等国家DN已成为终末期肾病的最主要原因。蛋白尿不但是DN的临床特征,更是导致DN恶性进展的重要因素。
