糖尿病肾病患者血液透析的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hemodialysis for Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察血液透析对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法观察透析前后尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率以及尿蛋白的变化和透析后存活率。结果血透后,尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率以及尿蛋白值明显下降,肾功能得到改善;透析后第一年,第二年,第三年及五年以上的存活率分别为51%,32.6%,18.3%,6.2%。结论及时进行血液透析能改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,提高存活率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hemodialysis（HD） for diabetic nephropathy.Methods BUN,Scr,Ccr,Urine protein as well as survival rate were detected before and after HD in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Resulta BUN,Scr,Ccr and Urine protein were significantly decreased,which indicated that renal function was improved after HD treatment.However,the livability lowed year by year after HD.Conclusion HD could improve the function of renal and livability of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
