摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能障碍的影响。方法对我科2008年5月～2010年5月治疗的280例脑卒中患者进行早期康复护理,并对患者运动功能障碍的影响进行分析。结果治疗组经早期康复护理后Barthel评分值显著高于对照组,入院4周后治疗组肌力显著优于对照组。结论早期康复护理对脑卒中后运动功能障碍恢复具有重要影响。
Objective To discuss the impact of early rehabilitation nursing to patients of dyskinesia after stoke.Methods Early rehabilitation nursing was carried out to 280 patients who were treated between May.2008 and May.2010,and the impact of nursing to dyskinesia was analyzed.Results Barthel value of treatment group were significantly higher than controlling group after early rehabilitation nursing.The muscle force of treatment group were significantly higher than controlling group.Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing played an important role to the recoverence of dyskinesia after stoke.
