厄贝沙坦在改善老年高血压患者心肾功能中的作用

Irbesartan Treatment Efficacy in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的观察厄贝沙坦在改善老年高血压患者心肾功能中的作用。方法选择2006～2010年6月本院确认收治的高血压患者100例,患者口服厄贝沙坦分散片,分别于治疗前、治疗后记录血压、心电图及超声心动图所测的心功能。结果治疗后血压明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,心功能改善,总有效率高达98%。结论厄贝沙坦分散片具有改善老年高血压患者血压等功效,值得临床推广。

Objective Irbesartan the efficacy of treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 2006~2010 June hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital confirmed 100 cases of oral irbesartan tablet patients,respectively,before treatment,after treatment,record blood pressure,electrocardiogram and echocardiography measured cardiac function.Results After treatment,blood pressure decreased significantly compared with before treatment there were significant differences（P0.05）,heart function improved,the total efficiency of up to 98%.Conclusion Irbesartan tablet can improve blood pressure and other effects in elderly hypertensive patients,is worthy of promotion.
