慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿一氧化氮代谢产物测定及临床意义初步研究

摘要 目的我们测定慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿中NO代谢产物的排泄,以了解慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾组织内NO合成是否降低。方法参照Rosslli和Green测定。结果①慢性肾炎有高血压组尿中NO代谢产物与对照组和无高血压组尿中NO代谢产物比较均明显降低P〈0.01;慢性肾炎无高血压组尿中NO代谢产物与对照组比较,无统计差异P〉0.05。②MsPGN和FSGS组尿中NO代谢产物明显低于对照组和MN、MCD组P〈0.01,而MN、MCD与对照组比较无差异P〉0.05。结论慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压时尿中NO/Cr明显降低,提示肾组织内NO的产生可能不足,补充L-精氨酸会对其有利,这也许是测定肾小球肾炎患者尿中NOx-/Cr比值的临床意义所在。 Objective NO(Nitri Oxide)metabolites in chronic glonerulonephritis patient's urine were examined to know the synehase of NO in patient's kidney.Method reffer to Rosslli and Green method.Result 1.The synthase of NO metalites in the urine form chronic glomerulonephritis patient with hypertension is significantly reduced(P0.01)comparing with the synthase in control or in non-hypertension.the synthase in non-hypertension has no significant difference(P0.05)comparing with contol.2.The synthase of NO metabolites in either MsPGN group or FSGS group is significantly reduced(P0.01) comparing respectively with the synthase in control or MN、MCD group.Whereas the comparison of MN、MCD with control shows no significanl difference(P0.05).Conclusion The ratio of NO/Cr in chronic glomerulonephritis with hypertension of NO synthase in urine is significantly reduced.Supplement L-arginine would be pro baly helpful.This is might be the singnifience of examining the ratio of NOx-/Cr in chronic glomerulonephritis patient's urine.
