早期激素使用在流行性腮腺炎疗效观察

Observe the Curative Effect By Use of Early Glucocorticosteroid for the Epidemic Parotitis

目的观察激素治疗流行性腮腺炎的疗效。方法 30例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组14例,给予抗病毒等常规治疗,治疗组16例,在对照组治疗基础上加用激素。比较两组症状消失时间及住院时间。结果治疗组症状,体征改善时间及消失时间均明显早于对照组,无明显不良反应。结论激素在治疗流行性腮腺炎时,可明显缩短疾病病程,减轻临床症状,减少并发症发生。

Objective Tto observe the curative effect which were treated epidemic parotitis in the glucocorticosteroid.Method 30 patients were divided into two groups at random,14 cases of which（the control group）were treated with ribavirin and other 16（the treated group） were treated with ribavirin and glucocorticosteroid.And then all patients were observe for the time when the cardinal symptom disappeared and hospitalized.Results When the symptom,physical sign improved and disappeared,the time of the treated group was obviously earlier than that of the control group,without obvious bad reaction.ConclusionGlucocorticosteroid could short and decrease the morbidity of complication in epidemic parotitis.
