屋尘螨脱敏治疗对变应性鼻炎特异性IgG_4抗体的影响

The impact of house dust mites allergic specific immunotherapy on IgG_4 antibody level in treating allergic rhinitis

目的探讨安脱达屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗对变应性鼻炎患者血清IgG4抗体水平的影响。方法 40例过敏性鼻炎患者,抽取治疗前后血清80份,采用安脱达屋尘螨进行脱敏治疗,特异性IgG4(sIgG4)的检测方法采用四层双抗夹心ELISA法。结果该组患者中经治疗有效39例,IgG4水平与治疗时间成正相关,治疗后显著升高。结论特异性免疫治疗对变应性鼻炎的疗效较好,IgG4抗体能同时识别屋尘螨和粉尘螨两种抗原,诱导机体产生免疫保护作用。

Objective To study the impact of Alutard House Dust Mite Allergen-Specific Treatment on the allergic rhinitis patients＇ IgG4 antibody level in their serum.Methods We treated 40 patients with allergic rhinitis from August 2008 till April 2010.We extracted 80 serum samples from them before and after the treatment.We applied Alutard House Dust Mite desensitization therapy to treat the patient and four layers of DAS-ELISA to examine the specificity of IgG4.Results The treatment is effective on 39 patients.The IgG4 level is in direct ratio with the time of the treatment.It has shown a significant improvement after the treatment,P〈0.05.Conclusion The allergen-specific immunotherapy has a good effect on treating allergic rhinitis.The IgG4 antibody can identify both house dust mite and dust mite as two different antigens and induce the immune system to protect from them.
