四肢枪击伤的一期治疗

Treatment for limbs injury of shooting

目的探讨四肢枪击伤合并骨折的一期治疗可行性。方法 19例枪击伤患者其中2例清创后1周二期手术内固定,其余均清创后一期手术内固定治疗。结果二期手术的患者均发生不同程度感染,一期手术患者中有1例发生感染,3例感染患者中2例经分泌物培养寻找敏感抗生素,加强抗感染治疗后治愈;1例经再次清创敏感抗生素治疗治愈。结论四肢枪击伤一期手术治疗是可行的。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of treating shooting injuries in limbs with bone fractures.Methods 19 patients of shooting injuries were treated.Among them,2 cases were fixated during the second stage surgery,one week after debridement.The rest of them were fixated during the first stage surgery after debridement.Results Patients who had the second stage surgery all showed infection at various levels.One patient from the first stage surgery had infection.2 cases of the 3 infected cases were cured after using cultured secretion to look for sensitive antibiotics.1 case was cured after another debridement and treatment with sensitive antibiotics.Conclusion It is applicable to treat shooting injuries in limbs during the first stage surgery.
