甲氨蝶呤联合得宝松关节腔注射治疗炎性关节病 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合得宝松关节腔注射治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)和脊柱关节病(SPA)的疗效。方法采用随机分组临床试验。试验组21例,采用关节腔一次性注射10 mg MTX+5 mg得宝松;对照组21例常规使用免疫抑制剂柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)+MTX或MTX+来氟米特,两组均口服非甾体抗炎药。结果试验组和对照组治疗前后临床症状有显著改善,实验室炎性指标ESR和CRP显著下降。结论甲氨蝶呤联合得宝松关节腔注射治疗炎性关节病作用快,效果好。
