摘要
探讨了一种结合CAD、CFD软件和近似模型的集装箱半挂车导流罩形状优化方法。为了减少集装箱半挂车的燃油消耗量,以最高车速30m/s行驶下集装箱半挂车的阻力系数最小为目标,以描述导流罩形状的4个参数height、length、radius和stretch为设计变量,对导流罩进行优化。结果表明近似模型方法能很好地取代实际的仿真过程进行优化,导流罩优化后集装箱半挂车的阻力系数降低了9.73%。
A shape optimization method combining CAD,CFD and approximate model technique for the wind deflector of container semi-trailer is investigated.For reducing the fuel consumption of container semi-trailer,the shape of wind deflector is optimized with minimizing the drag coefficient of container semi-trailer at highest speed 30m/s as objective and the four parameters height,length,radius and stretch describing the shape of wind deflector as design variables.The results show that the approximate model technique can well replace the real process of simulation in optimization,and the drag coefficient of container semi-trailer with optimized wind deflector reduces by 9.73%.
