随着数控设备的应用,以解决180°对称键槽加工的对称键槽铣床诞生了。机床为龙门式结构,配置西门子数控系统,并设计了专用的液压夹紧机构。它具有精度高、安装夹紧快捷、生产效率高等突出的工艺特性。文章介绍了180°对称键槽加工的一种常规方法,着重分析了数控键槽铣床加工的工艺方法及机床。

With the application of the NC device,the symmetric keyway milling machine is produced which can solve the problem of the machining of 180°symmetric keyway.Machine tool is double-housing structure with Siemens NC system,and the special hydraulic clamp system is designed for the milling machine.It has the characteristics of high precision,convenient for installing clamp and high efficiency.This thesis introduces a common way for the machining of 180°symmetric keyway and pay more emphasis to the technical method and machine of the NC keybed milling machine.
