摘要 对于采用单一切削力传感器实现刀具状态监测,进行了实验研究。分别对切削力信号进行了时域分析和小波分析,选取了合理的监测特征。对于单一传感器无法实现高精度监测的问题,提出了多传感器融合的方法,实验与仿真结果验证了可行性。 The experiment research has been done on realizing real-time monitoring of milling cutter by cutting force sensor only.By time domain analysis and wavelet analysis,the cutting force signal has been separately analyzed.The proper characteristic value has been selected.The method of multi-sensor fusion has been put forward to achieve the monitoring in high precision by one sensor only.The results of experiment and simulation proved the feasibility.
