摘要
综合分析了对离散制造车间数控设备运行信息人工采集的弊端及针对数控设备的不同通信接口,提出了一种基于Holon(合弄)思想的低成本和可重构的自动信息采集系统,重点论述了具有不同通信接口的数控设备所采取的不同采集方式及整个采集系统的工作机制。
This paper presents a low-cost and restructurable information auto-acquisition system based on Holon,by the comprehensive analysis of the disadvantages of manual acquisition information from the NC devices which have different communication interfaces in discrete manufacturing shop,and mainly addresses the different kinds of acquisition for the NC devices which have different communication interfaces and the working mechanism of the whole acquisition system.
