针对当前供应链战略合作伙伴评价选择中存在的问题,提出了基于战略价值、商业价值、合作意愿和企业能力4个主要标准的供应链战略合作伙伴评价的指标体系,并论述了建立该指标体系的意义;用层次分析法确定指标权重,在此基础上,建立了供应链战略合作伙伴模糊综合评价模型;并通过实例进行了验证和讨论;最后对供应链战略合作伙伴评价选择的过程作了论述。
