一种考虑位移幅值影响的黏弹性材料力学模型

摘要 为了更好地确定黏弹性材料的力学性能,提出了一种同时考虑温度、频率和位移幅值影响的黏弹性材料力学模型.从温度因素与损伤指标2个方面考虑了位移幅值对黏弹性材料力学性能的影响,通过修正Doolittle方程和损伤变量方程分别推导了位移移位因子与损伤指标,结合等效标准固体模型,提出了修正等效标准固体模型.数值分析结果表明,储能模量G1和损耗因子η的试验值与计算值拟合较好,满足应用要求.该模型能够较好地计算不同温度、频率和位移幅值下黏弹性材料的储能模量G1和损耗因子η. In order to determine the mechanics of viscoelastic material better,a viscoelastic model that can simultaneously consider the effect of temperature,frequency and displacement is proposed in this paper.The effect of displacement amplitude on the mechanics of viscoelastic material is considered from two aspects: temperature factor and damage index.Displacement shift factor and damage index are derived from Doolittle's equation and damage variable equation,respectively,and modified equivalent standard solid model is put forward based on equivalent standard solid model.The numerical analysis shows that the experimental value and the calculation value of G1 and η fit well to each other and the model proposed meets the requirement of application.This model can easily calculate the value of G1 and η under different temperature,frequency and displacement.
